I would not recommend using this firm for family law. I received an appalling service. They changed lawyers halfway through, gave me either terrible advice or no guidance at all, charged me thousands of pounds for insanely long unintelligible letters, ignored my complaints... the list goes on. They made everything much worse that it should have been. When I complained, they got aggressive and threatened to abandon me at my most vulnerable moment. The only way I was able to resolve my situation was to keep paying them but at the same time seek alternative professional advice. I have since complained again, and haven't received a proper response. I would recommend a family lawyer or mediator who is empathetic and focused on finding a resolution, rather than just acting as administrator on what is a very long and expensive process.
