Before this firm came under Rachel Sebastian, it was known as Glynis M Mackie firm, who I had processed my house move with in 2017. It was so smooth and perfect. However when I approached this firm I had not known that it was now transferred to a different name. However I proceeded with my house move in 2022. I was disappointed would be an under statement. I had to do my own chasing, follow ups, research then again more follow ups. I never felt settled or informed to give me any faith. Im a person of patience but I felt all this caused me anxiousness and made my house move even more stressed than the buyer was already making it. I was not given any instructions and was 'expected' to know how a chain house move works even though this was my first chain move. I was dumbfounded at times but carried on as I needed to push through. My mortgage advisor was more informative and advised me on options available for the move which then I fed back to the solicitors to then make progress. Im glad its over but would have appreciated more information, guidance and basically what's expected. Overall the paperwork was done fine and the move was successful in 2023.

This is a small practice but extremely professional, efficient, effective and communicative. It took us years to find Glynis Mackie but it was worth the wait. I cannot recommend her enough.
