I was so thrilled to be able to sell my mum's flat in just over 3 months as the solicitors kept in touch with me the whole time and gave me the relevant paperwork stage by stage for my mum. Our solicitor always phoned back as soon as she could if I left a message and I felt they were dealing with the sale as quickly as they could. Alan and his staff are lovely to deal with and I felt in very safe hands with them. As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Instead, she always took the time to explain things clearly and support us through whatever we needed.
