Selling a family home is never just a property transaction, and with us living so far away it could easily have become overwhelming. From the very beginning, Connie and Robyn kept us fully informed with timely updates, clear communication and constant reassurance. Knowing exactly where things stood at every stage took so much of the stress away.Their professionalism, efficiency and calm handling of the emotional parts of the process made a huge difference. Natali was great throughout the whole process. She was really helpful, always happy to answer all my questions, and very thorough with her due diligence and legal work. She was especially helpful in the final couple of weeks, helping to keep everything moving and getting the deal over the line with a quick exchange and completion. We instructed Ricky at AST Law to handle both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home this year, and I honestly couldn't recommend him more highly.
From start to finish, Ricky was knowledgeable, approachable and, most importantly, incredibly responsive. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, was always on hand to answer questions, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
AST's fees were slightly higher than some of the other quotes we received, but having previously gone through a property purchase with a different conveyancer, I can confidently say the difference in service was absolutely worth it. The peace of mind that came from having someone so proactive and communicative was invaluable.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Ricky and AST Law again in the future, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

I was so thrilled to be able to sell my mum's flat in just over 3 months as the solicitors kept in touch with me the whole time and gave me the relevant paperwork stage by stage for my mum. Our solicitor always phoned back as soon as she could if I left a message and I felt they were dealing with the sale as quickly as they could. Alan and his staff are lovely to deal with and I felt in very safe hands with them. My mum was thrilled as well as didn't think the sale would go through so quickly but Alan put her mind at rest when he was with her explaining everything so she felt very confident in using AST Law Solicitors.

As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process and honestly didn’t know what to expect. From the very beginning, Alan, Connie, and Natali were incredibly helpful, supportive, and patient with us. They truly went above and beyond, and at no point did we ever feel like a burden, no matter how many questions we had along the way.
Buying a house can be overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating it for the first time, but AST Law made the legal side of the process feel clear, manageable, and well supported. Their professionalism and willingness to take the time to explain things made a huge difference to our experience.
I would also like to give a special shout-out to Natali, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. There were many moments where we felt overwhelmed due to external factors that were outside of our control, but Natali was always reassuring, calm, and incredibly helpful. We called quite a few times (sorry again!), often because we were unsure about things or had questions that might have seemed small or even silly, but she never once made us feel that way. Instead, she always took the time to explain things clearly and support us through whatever we needed.
