When our Solicitors of decades seemed to disappear we were very concerned regarding the whereabouts of our original wills as we wanted to make changes to them. All came to light when we received an email from Simpsons Solicitors explaining that Right Legal had taken over our previous solicitors and that Simpsons were the branch of the group dealing solely with Wills, Probate and LPAs. However it was with some hesitation that we agreed to a free consultation with Albi Latifi. We should not have worried! Within 10 minutes or so Albi had put our minds at rest. He was incredibly informative and able to answer every question we threw at him. He's extremely friendly, explains everything in simple language and did not end the meeting until he was satisfied that we fully understood what was being proposed. We could not have received a better service.

Avoid at all costs.
This has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences I have ever had with a professional service. I instructed Right Legal Group to deal with my late father’s estate, expecting guidance, support and regular communication during an already difficult time. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite.
Emails frequently went unanswered, phone calls were not returned, and I was left constantly chasing for updates. The lack of communication was so poor that I often had to contact HMRC and the Probate Registry myself to find out what was happening with the case because I could not get the information I needed from the firm.
The ongoing failure to respond caused unnecessary delays, prolonged the process and added significant stress at a time when I was already dealing with the loss of my father. My father specifically wanted me to use this firm so that I would have professional support and less to worry about. Instead, I found myself doing much of the chasing and administration myself while struggling to obtain even basic updates.
I raised a formal complaint with the company regarding the service I received, but this did not change my overall experience.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. If communication, responsiveness and client care are important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Within 24 hours of first contact we had a home visit from Holly Pethybridge.
Holly reviewed our needs and circumstances and was able to sort out our complex financial needs for inheritance issues. In doing so she significantly reduced our exposure to inheritance tax and simplified our wills.
We were deeply impressed with her knowledge, competence and professionalism.
Also a very pleasant young lady ease to talk to and deal with.

Yesterday I had a really useful Teams meeting with Saif Yasin, to review my Will in case it needed updating. The discussion covered not only my Will, but my financial position, my family, my health and future plans. I was surprised at just how comprehensive it was. Saif was very welcoming, polite and professional. He took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was aware of areas where he felt I should get further advice or might wish to consider some changes.
