If there is less than one i would put it . The stuff are not respecting clients neither they have any professionalism. I booked appointment and went there and spent almost 3 hours and i even couldn’t got the legal aid ; because they couldn’t answer my questions after they waste my time then because the employee didn’t like me she refuse my case after wasting my time.
Really the worst treatment that you would see ever. Thank goodness that i didn’t give sign for them to represent my case .
They are really horrible and respectful to clients at all.

What an answer?
I am not a client then why did you give an appointment and waste 3 hours from my time with you employee whose treating people with arrogance and looks down on people.
I lost my kids vaccination date and my lunch time so she with all disrespect to me as a client said she don’t like me she will not take the case after i spent three hours with arrogance like if she’s the only in UK for legal aid😏

You don’t have any professionalism i heard from people and i feel hesitant before i come but i saw it with my all eyes when i come.
