I confronted the Manager or Director, I was just told that 'I was going to be Lucky that housing made an offer from the Housing Disrepairs Claims". I Constantly told them after a period of 16 months wait, to leave my case, so that I can hire another Solicitor. They don't leave the Case saying they incurred Costs, if I leave them, I have to pay their work, which they say it was £12,000. Over that time all they did was Contradicting them selves. In 16 months, full of excuses, phone calls not replied. They found a way to make their Money. I accept any rubbish from housing Disrepairs offer, and they get paid their costs by the housing, without going to Court. Basically, they Switched sides. All they did was sending a Surveyor. I had mice, mould and Damp, Drafts, I have caught an Infection while leaving where, I am. They constantly cover each other up. And they started saying No Win No Fee. But they shouldn't Win anything, they haven't done any Work at all. The Place still in Disrepairs.
