They called me for a witnessing, wasted my 1 and half working days.
When asked for allowed expenses they were referering me to contact the court but court told me they are responsible for it as a defense.
Although they took the compensation for their workers but wasted my time and money. I lost my work day and parking fee due to their negligence.
They have really unprofessional way to dealing with people.

Don’t respond to emails, phone calls even physical visits. They don’t care about their clients whatsoever; all they care about is money.

What’s the point in having Omar as a case worker, if he doesn’t ever get back to you.You’d have more luck trying to contact the solicitors who are trying to put you in jail.

Please save your time; money and sanity and go elsewhere.

Had my wife and my step son needing representation for a court case, before the case they happily took the details so they can claim the legal aid.

Once all of that is done, you would not hear a thing from them. THEY DIDN’t EVEN TURN UP FOR THE HEARING! No phone call, no apology, no nothing.

Just left to deal with an unfamiliar situation with the fear not knowing what’s going to happen to my stepson.

These guys obviously lack sympathy, gave no care or concern.

As a client, you put full faith in your solicitor and when they go quiet and then don’t turn up to the court to represent your son, you feel alone, terrified and fear the worse.

I would sincerely advise you to think twice before you consider using these, that feeling when they go quite and don’t turn up is absolutely horrible.
