We had made an appointment to see a solicitor, to get some paperwork signatures witnessed, we arrived at 4.25pm to be told that the lady who was seeing us had just nipped out, there was a very helpful paralegal who tried to get in touch with her several times to let her know we had arrived. She never came back, Rude, unprofessional and not the service we expected, we never even got a phone call the next day with any kind of apology or explanation. We had finished work early to make the appointment but the lady who was going to deal with us couldn’t have cared less. Will not be going back there, shocking service.
