Marie Redman from Heppenstalls will forever have my gratitude for her conduct, professionalism, graciousness and expertees. It was a highly complex sale. Problems included an acrimonious divorce, a pedantic, overzealous conveyancer (buyers side), issues of rights of access which required careful negotiation with a 3rd party landowner, his trustees, financial institutions and each of their prospective legal representation(s). Bravo Marie and thank you.
