The worst experience we have ever had with legal assistance. We contacted Anna Yemets regarding a very important matter concerning my father’s immigration status. She was fully aware of the situation, understood the seriousness of the case and the possible consequences, but unfortunately my father was left without status.
We trusted her professionalism and expected responsibility, proper guidance, and protection of her client’s interests. Instead, we were left extremely disappointed and faced very serious consequences for our family. I strongly advise people to think carefully before trusting such an important matter to this service.

Very disappointing experience. I paid £200 for a power of attorney service and was never properly informed that the document would not be notarised. Because of this, the document could not be used for my transaction abroad and caused serious delays, stress, and additional costs.

Only £50 was refunded in the end, which does not reflect the inconvenience and problems caused.

Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Messages were often ignored, phone calls went unanswered, and when I finally managed to speak to Anna, she was rude and even shouted on the phone. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally, I felt dismissed and disrespected.

If I had been properly informed from the beginning, I would never have agreed to proceed. Overall, a very stressful and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this service.

I have never encountered such a toxic level of arrogance and unprofessionalism in the legal sector. I had a 9:00 AM appointment with Anna on 28/01; not only did she keep me waiting, but her conduct once the meeting began was nothing short of a disgrace to the profession.

Prior to the meeting, I sent a comprehensive email so she could review the case—a standard, professional practice intended to ensure an efficient use of time. Anna’s response was staggering. She explicitly stated that she "does not read client emails before meetings because it’s a waste of her time," citing the possibility of "no-shows" as her excuse for being completely unprepared.

When I pointed out that she could simply charge an upfront fee to ensure her time is protected rather than showing up ignorant of the case facts, she became openly hostile. She began laughing in my face with pure derision and contempt. Her exact words were that if I didn't like her lack of preparation, I could "end the meeting right now," delivered with a mocking sneer.

This wasn't just poor service; it was vile, unprovoked rudeness and a total lack of basic human decency. To laugh in a client's face when they are seeking professional legal council is a gross violation of the standards expected of a UK solicitor.

If you are looking for a firm that is prepared, ethical, and treats clients with even a shred of dignity, avoid Yemets Solicitors at all costs. This was an absolute circus of a consultation. Disgusting behavior.

I had very bad experience with Svitlana Panchenko. After all copies of documents were sent to her to organise general power of attorney for my mum I was not contacted by Svitlana for 1,5 weeks. She supposed to finish it in one week time. ( the price was £220)
When I called her, Svitlana said it’s miss understanding. And now it can’t be done on time. We are human beings and can make mistakes but it not costs a lot to say SORRY.

Next time she asked me to use Consulate of Ukraine.
