I had a very disappointing experience with Specters, I selected them to help with a claim when I was knocked off my bike by a car. It took forever to get anywhere with the same questions and information requested again and again - my case was passed between members of staff on multiple occasions before they finally elected to “drop hands” 2 years into the process. Documents were prepared with errors and basic steps seemed to be missed.
