Don’t trust this firm. The service was poor, and whenever I asked for clarification, my questions were never properly answered. After dealing with them for several months, the whole experience felt very dodgy and unprofessional. I felt dismissed rather than supported, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
A major disappointment and red flag was when I successfully won an auction property bid and paid the deposit. A solicitor from the firm then advised me not to proceed because of an issue with the Land Registry. I later instructed a different solicitor, and they handled the completion professionally and to a high standard.
