I gave power of attorney to this company through a friend of mine to help me with my son, but the communication was very poor, they acted like they were being rude because they did not even listen to what I said, they delayed me and did not give me my invoice even though I asked for the invoice for the fee I paid in cash many times. Make sure that everything is done correctly.

Not the greatest for communication on updates. Originally put through to Sentinal from Blue Panda Finance over 18months ago. Process is so slow but never tell us what’s going on. It’s me chasing and all I get is Iqra will call you back. I’m sure she’s lovely but I don’t think she likes calling clients.

Please don't waste your time, because if you choose this firm your time will be wasted, theyhave no comunication with their client what so ever, simply for them it's another day in the office so they could not care less.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I had the worst experience ever. First of all, the solicitor lied to me regarding the application, she said she applied and she took the money for the application and the money for her services( when she did not). she took a first look at my file a month latter, I could clearly tell from her questions that she did not go over the document that I gave her. I had to ask her to check the documents instead of emailing me( all the documents had the information that she was asking me about) meaning that she did not even do her job which is going over them. I informed her that I needed my visa as soon as possible but she kept on postponing everything and she wasted my time.
Lastly, since she was not reviewing and going over the documents carefully she found out that I did not meet the requirements after she got paid( she found out that after I paid her). why would you take money for an application that does not meet the requirements??? She also asked me to wait until I meet the requirement pay her again then start another application.
