Unfortunately, the firm is very very slow. After a first client call and a promise to get back to me with a project scope and cost estimate, they ghosted me for 5 months. Transparent and prompt communication is something that could be improved. It's better to communicate upfront if you decide not to take on a project, than to drag communication on for months, just to say "we don’t think we as a firm are right for you. There are lots of other firms out there offering regulatory and fund advice that might be a better fit."
