I contacted a number of solicitors about issues to do with my housing association who manage my building. Excellent company to hire if you are looking to give the recipient of your legal letters a good laugh. Recent highlights from correspondence with Russell-Cooke include 'St Albans' with an apostrophe between the n and the s and 'on route'. Really, really funny stuff.

EDIT: Of course Russell Cooke have made some bizarre attempt to below to suggest I am not a real client, their ability to search their email records as remedial as their penmanship.

EDIT: Now the best part of two weeks since I emailed Russell Cooke as they suggested below to clear up any misunderstanding there might be at their end. Still no response. The standard I have come to expect.
