Our experience with Ringley so far has been excellent. They took over during a difficult handover from the previous managing agent, yet have been responsive, practical and genuinely helpful from the start. Stefana in particular has been outstanding: clear, proactive, and willing to help resolve urgent issues quickly. It has made a difficult transition much easier for Polygon Management Company Limited, and we are very grateful for the support. Many thanks to the team.

The management team themselves are struggling with the most basic tasks . I can appreciate that sometimes errors can occur due to low attention to detail or high workload, however speaking to the other leaseholders I understand that this company has a norm to not respond to emails for weeks or ever. This is the case even if the requests are of top urgency and cause financial damage to leaseholders .
We pay over 12k gbp per year in service charges so a basic acknowledgement of the request seems like a reasonable expectation .

I lived at Anaconda Cut in Manchester for just over a year and I was just amazed at how incredibly well run the building was, which was in itself a massive feat given that it's 43 storeys high and absolutely massive (!!)
Mike, Shane, Simon, Jay, Elle and Antonia were absolutely lovely, so professional and made the entire building feel like home. I wish I could have lived here forever but due to life plans had to move to another part of the country.

Shane the maintenance manager was a national treasure, any issues and he would be there to fix it within half a day and was always there with a big smile that would light up the entire city. Elle was my leasing agent when I moved in, she hosts the building's many resident events which were really fun to go to. Simon and Jay the concierge team were simply wonderful, always went above and beyond and always great for a chat. Antonia was also fantastic, she was the first point of contact when I initially reached out to enquire and she was always super helpful when I went downstairs to ask questions whilst living there. Mike the building manager was the glue that held everything together, always very responsive and just all around such a great guy. I wish the Anaconda Cut team all the very best and I can only recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a place in Manchester. I didn't know a building could be so well run and I wish I could have taken the team with me to my new place.

Danielle has been outstanding to work with. Her support was invaluable in helping us understand our service charging structure. She was very attentive throughout, listened carefully to our questions, and went the extra mile to find out the correct information for us.

Thanks to Danielle, we now have clarity and confidence in how everything works. We really appreciate her expertise, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to getting it right. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We’ve been with Ringley Building Block Management for the past three years, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. As a company, they’ve shown a strong commitment to maintaining high standards, keeping the building well-managed, and ensuring things run smoothly. Over time, it’s been reassuring to see consistent organisation, responsiveness, and a clear structure in how everything is handled.

What really makes the difference, though, is the people—and in our case, our property manager Jill has been outstanding. She is professional, approachable, and incredibly reliable. Jill communicates clearly and promptly, always keeping residents informed and making sure any issues are dealt with efficiently.

She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running as it should, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. Her attention to detail and proactive approach give real peace of mind.
