Lack of professionalism and arrogance.
I have been dealing with the Polish Solicitor who works for them - Mr Michal.
If you ever decide to use him, think twice.
Beside the fact that he had very little interest in my case, "missed" transfer for 125K for over a month before completion I had to pay for mortgage .So from 1k bill it came to 3K.
To close the case during my Holiday I had to chase other site solicitor to close the case. After all zero apologies, refund only excuses...
