I called them three times on different days with some enquiries, as I needed a solicitor. Each time, I was told that their solicitor would call me back by the end of the day, but I never received a call. This is very unprofessional service and not acceptable. In the end, I found another solicitor elsewhere.

Redmans were fantastic to speak to regarding any redundancy topics. I was made redundant in mid-2016 and they (specifically Chris, the founding partner) offered great advice and legal details regarding my situation. They were easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend discussing any work related dispute topic with these guys.
FYI, in my case I had confirmation from Redmans that the redundancy offer I had received was legally correct!
