I have had the worst experience with this firm. Danish to be specific. It was Full of stress and having to chase them up and I haven’t even been with them for more than a few days, as if Dealing with housing issues isnt stressful enough you are met with pure lack of communication and lack of transparency.

It doesn’t feel as if they are professional. I had a consultation with Danish last week Wednesday. He informed me that he would send me an advice letter and explain how he would proceed with my case. Baring in mind my case is to related to my son who has a disability so there’s a level of urgency. He overpromised and said he will be sending over the advice letter. I waited 2 days he sent nothing. I tried contacting him twice by emails and I called his number. I understand you may have a lot of cases but do not make promises you can’t keep. I was informed I would get a letter outlining next steps. I waited multiple days and sent emails and calls, when I mean my Solictor is purposely ignoring me. He is purposely seeing my calls and choosing not to pick up and not even being transparent as to why he can’t talk. And no response to my email. An utter scam I would not recommend this company.

Instead of receiving clear and proactive legal support, I was left confused about the strategy and the direction of the case.
As a result, the situation became significantly more difficult for me.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm and I would advise others to carefully research and consider their options before instructing them.
