As first-time buyers, the process could have been incredibly stressful, but from start to finish she was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Whenever any issues arose, she dealt with them efficiently and gave us complete confidence that it would be delt with without anything left to question. We were recommended Quinta by our estate agents Savills.to handle the sale of our house in SW11 (we had lived there for 49 years!) and subsequent purchase an apartment in SW6,. Our partner was Alex Le Messurier and he did an excellent job guiding us through the processes at what was a very reasonable fee rate. Our sale was complicated by the fact that a small portion of the garden in our home had not been registered. Alex was always on hand to answer all our queries promptly, and those of the buyer's lawyers. We will certainly use them when we next move.

Lauren Murray has been an absolutely exceptional conveyancer to work with through both sale side and purchase - worth every single penny and I cannot recommend highly enough.
For the sale of my flat she worked quickly and efficiently to get things over the line despite slowness from the buyer’s solicitor. She showed thoroughness and patience with my questions and got us through without hiccup.
On purchase side, we had an unbelievably difficult seller and an incompetent, bullish solicitor on the other side to deal with. She showed immense professionalism, attention to detail, understanding of the law, and real thoughtfulness throughout. We would not have been able to get through this incredibly anxious period without her. The sale fell through due to the other side, but we are so grateful for how Lauren guided us through the mayhem with genuine empathy and expertise.
Having worked with many solicitors over the years, Lauren is truly, truly standout. We will not hesitate to use her again.
