I have now used BACI for several matters - two standard remortgages, a private mortgage, the sale of a flat and the purchase of a house.

Each transaction has been dealt with expediently and with minimal involvement on my part. All queries have been responded to promptly and properly.

Their fees are reasonable and, in fact, very good value considering the service received.

David Conway in particular is excellent.

Having experienced an absolute disaster with "free legal conveyancing" from a lender on a new mortgage, I would never, ever consider it again. Much better to pay a reasonable fee to a proper solicitor such as BACI. On that particular remortgage, they resolved in 3 weeks what the other solicitor had not managed to do in several months.

I definitely recommend BACI and fully intend to use them again on future matters.
