They are very friendly. I thought I had every chance until today, but they just waste peoples time. It was very disappointing in the end and then absolute waste of my time. What an absolute shame they promise you the world and deliver you nothing. They said that I had every chance of winning the case with my medical negligence case.

It has been a year now that I have been with hudgells solicitors to do my claim. And I can honestly say I have had great communication with my solicitor Tina. She has been so amazing and supportive in regards to my injury. Couldnt ask for better. Even though we still are to finish the claim I am very pleased with the out come so far. Thank you again to everyone at hudgells.

This company try to protect the NHS from being sued, I rung them up asking to employ a solicitor to come to court with me as I have already processed court proceedings as well as fees and have all the medical records for the case so whoever comes to court with me has no donkey work to do and all they can do is feed me a load excuses and reasons why they can't get involved.

Firstly starting with time factor and time is no issue as a limitation of extension can be applied for so again a poor excuse to do take the case on even as a paying customer, then they have tried to say about percentage of winning etc which again is another lame excuse to not take the case on even as a paying customer and even when i have black and white evidence of surgeon negligence as he performed an operation on me as an X smoker when i wasn't and all this was clearly stated in pre-op assessment therefore proving that is negligence by the surgeon and he didn't do his job correctly to start with and has required me to have 3 corrective surgeries to fix.
On top of this evening if I was paying customer they're telling me they can't spare a solicitor to take the case on whether it be paid or no win no fee, yet they claim they're a medical negligence solicitor company yet they clearly condone what the NHS has done to me because everything obstacle they mentioned can be worked round.

So personally this company are trying to protect the NHS from being sued because they have tried to make excuses on why they can't when it can be done

I would not recommend the Hudgell solicitors law firm, because of my personal negative experience.

My medical negligence claim was a very straight forward case.

Unfortunately, due to lack of proper engagement of this firm my case has been dragged on for 6 years. The defendant didn’t wait so long and managed to leave the country.

I was left with nothing with my winning case.

Definitely would recommend Hudgell Solicitors!!
