Terrible experience, Michael Carroll himself was assigned to represent me, however did not attend the hearing, the judge had no choice but to adjourn the case and even said that this is unacceptable. Only decent representative was Edel, avoid this firm by all means, they will send your to prison due to their incompetence

They represented me after my 6 y.o. son and me had been attcked by our neigbours in our house.
Next thing after an interview I have been released with no further actions. But neither the Police no Michael Carroll & Co Solicitors gave me any documents. No matter how hard I tried to contact the firm they did not even bother to respond.
Now we need urgently to move from our flat and need at least a Police ref. No but they do not care.

DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITOR FIRM!!
This solicitor firm is so unprofessional and I don’t understand how they are running! I was accused and sent to court for something I didn’t even do and this solicitor company accused me of lying and said that I’m wasting their time. I had a really unpleasant solicitor called Micheal who dealt with my case and he made me cry on numerous occasions. He told me he was “pissed off” the fact he had to travel on a train down to the court and that he’s got more important cases to be dealing with I,e, murder cases. He shouted at me and tried to make me feel intimated at times which led to me crying my eyes out. He told me he didn’t want to represent me from the start but his wife made him take my case on and that he don’t care if I’m found guilty or not guilty because he’s going to get paid either way. He threw personal things in my face that was irrelevant to the case which really upset me. This solicitor firm was recommended by someone from the Local Authority I was under at the time and they explained to me how they are a really experienced firm but in my experience they are absolutely terrible! They are only making money out of young people that are in vulnerable situations! Please don’t use this solicitor firm as they do not care about their cases and definitely will not have your best interests at heart!
