Manuel Martin & Associates have been very thorough and professional sorting out a number of legal issues in Spain which we need help with. They have organised everything from Document translations, Tax payments to Wills and changes in Property Deeds. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing legal advice with regard anything Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish do not worry, as their English is exceptional!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Manuel Martin & Associates

After initially quoting us £1500 to notarise a document, we were shocked to receive an additional invoice for £1700 once the work was completed. These extra charges were never disclosed upfront and were apparently for phone calls and emails—something we were never informed would incur additional fees.

To make matters worse, they refused to release the completed legal document until we paid the additional fees, effectively holding it ransom. This felt like a clear attempt to extort money, and it's apparent from other reviews that we are not the only clients to experience this issue.

Their lack of transparency and unethical practices have caused us significant stress and financial harm. I would strongly advise others to avoid this firm. There are plenty of more honest and professional solicitors out there.

Honestly, i'm not just a grumpy customer, i'm leaving this review so that you don't get conned. No doubt they will reply saying we were aware of their fees. We were not.

Please, I implore anyone thinking of using their services to not. Find another company.

We are currently seeking legal advice and will be taking them to small claims court.

They will charge you around £40 an email but won't tell you this. They deliberately ignored all of my emails so that I would keep on emailing them so they could keep increasing the invoice. Some of my emails were just a ? or perhaps a thanks from a previous email. They would charge each time and failed to tell me this. Honestly, they are nothing more than thieves. If anyone wants to know more please find a way to contact me but DO NOT USE this company. I'm not sure how they're even able to practise. I'm going to do everything i can to get them investigated and take them to court.
