I recently moved and instructed Laurus Law to act on my sale and purchase. Farieda Elmi was my solicitor and her work was exemplary from start to finish. She understood my need to complete the transactions speedily and surpassed all expectation. Not only is she kind, friendly and understanding she also has a remarkable eye for detail. If anyone is thinking of moving I'd recommend you employ Farieda as a matter of importance. She was always there at the end of the phone, she would always respond promptly to emails, my questions were always dealt with professionally and everything was explained step by step. There really is a perfect solicitor and I was lucky enough to find her.

Our first purchase unfortunately fell through due to circumstances outside of our control, but when we found another property, Laurus Law were our first choice to work with again. They were incredibly quick to reopen our file and get everything moving without delay, which gave us real confidence during what could have been a very stressful time.
During the process, we needed to put additional legal actions in place alongside the purchase, and the team responded immediately, opening the necessary files and keeping everything progressing smoothly.
