I contacted this firm for help in dealing with a legal matter. They responded very quickly to request payment. After that, all of my emails were getting ignored. The legal process was not explained to us. We didn't know what to expect or how much time it would take. After multiple prompts (and multiple rounds of me personally visiting their office to ask for updates) we are now at the final stages where I am waiting for confirmation that the process has been completed, and again I am getting no answers to my queries or follow-ups. I will continue with a formal complaint. Shame on me for trusting fake Google reviews, I guess.
