I would not recommend using this firm for a data breach claim.
They are incredibly slow and usually the end result is the claim has been closed.
There are better firms around to handle data breach claims.

I filled a form in online and then changed my mind, this company have rung me twice a day for almost a year now. Icing on the cake this week came when they sent a letter addressed to my DECEASED mother. Sick! Avoid!!!!

After 2 years and all my information their business modle has changed and no longer are chasing my claim all that hassle collecting paperwork for nothing wasted so much of my time and I had a genuine claim. Now its to late to restart this claim somewhere else. Do not waste your time with a company like this that does not have your best interests at heart. Avoid.
