Quite a bunch of one star reviews had me worried working with KN, but I was introduced to them via a mutual contact, so that counted for something to me.

Was working with Anna, who was in constant contact with me a deal with the largest share of work (at least from my perception) and Alun. I received clear explanations, clear options I can take take, and suggestions. So legal matter became easier for me to understand and navigate.

Also, the price is surely not the pennies and total bill was rather significant for a rather small business. But again, the work was to a high standard and my feedback was also heard. So... Cannot speak for the whole law firm, but Anna was absolutely amazing and I do recommend her.

Fantastic law firm. Used them on three occasions and have been very pleased with the outcomes.

They are extremely methodical and diligent. No stone is left unturned. And I had great confidence that I was being legally represented in the best way.

I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them, no doubt about it. A special thank you to Fiona Simpson and Katie Allard. They are diamonds.

For Trust, honesty, integrity, and morals you will need to look elsewhere. This Firm has none of those qualities. Pompous, arrogant, and inflicted with an air of self importance that only Andrew Tate could rival. Avoid this firm. Legal 500 firms are not what they used to be. Instead of a badge of honour worm by the most tenacious and dedicated. It has become a stamp of exclusivity that erodes the underlying values Kingsley used to stand for.

Called to ask about a professional negligence case, was told they wanted a £5000 retainer to look into it. Spent approximately 30 seconds on the phone so I didn't even have time to explain anything..

Obviously rip off merchants

I've called this firm twice over the past 2 months and I keep being told "a member of the team will get back to you" but no-one ever has - whether by phone or e-mail. This firm does NOT inspire any confidence in their 'services' and I find it extremely difficult to believe any highly rated comments in the reviews to be genuine, and I suspect that, most positive comments and ratings made in favour of this firm - are members of the firm, or family & friends of individuals working with this firm.
