I wanted to write to you to say a huge heartfelt thank you for all that you have done for me, especially in my last hearing this previous week.

I wanted to say that I am so grateful for the way you wrote my position statement and bundle, as it truly was so well written. You took my very jumbled thoughts and the events that have happened thus far in a very difficult year and expressed them with clarity, professionalism dignity and balance, while still preserving my voice. You captured such a difficult time so concisely and accurately that when I read it, I felt understood and seen, which was incredibly reassuring at such a stressful time!

Thank you also for taking the time to speak with me both before and after the hearing several times to ensure you had properly understood my perspective. Your call afterwards helped me process and make sense of what had happened in court. Your care, patience and thoughtfulness meant so much to me.

I am also so very grateful for the extra effort you put in to chase up the Local Authority ahead of the hearing. You went above and beyond to move things forward professionally and to make sure the court had the necessary information for a productive hearing. I really appreciated that.

The whole process has been emotionally exhausting and at times terrifying, having someone as calm, capable and compassionate as you representing me made a real difference. I felt supported, respected and well held throughout.
