Spoiler alert. This is just my opinion and experience. Im quite scared leaving this review as they have been threatening. But i would hate anyone else to have an experience that would cause as much distress as this practice caused me through unbelievably bad and irresponsible unprofessional behaviour. Their solicitors charged tens of thousands for a service that provided no benefit whatsoever. It delayed my dissolution and caused thousands of extra expense on another solicitor, barrister and court costs. Despite being coerced into signing an onorous contract with the practice, they are now trying to wash their hands of the responsibility to pay the agreed settlement to recompense me saying its the responsibility of the individual solicitor who was providing my service within their organisation. That individual solicitor is so bad that he owes money to several people and "does not have any because the practice won't pay him. They are treating my complaint lightly because they know of my inability to process written information due to ptsd and my need to retain somone to write to the ombudsman and believe i will not be able to escalate the complaint. The complaints managger has been rude and threatening on several occasions.
