I would never use them again. They are very unprofessional. They don’t update. They don’t respond to inquiries. They process everything very slow pushing them.
They are very quick to take your money and thats it.
Very disappointed with them.

Useless staff..Polite and try sound look professional but more interested in waste your time for money as long much as possible but get no results. CHEAPER TO CALL CAB FOR ADVICE AS THATS ALL YOU GET FROM THEM AT OVER £150 ..for 45 minutes

The consultation was a waste of, time and money, not much advice offered, not busy at all. Strange atmosphere in the building. If you need advice contact the local citizens advice bureau, to see what the next steps are to follow.

Great location and easy to find. The staff are also cordial & accommodating. Office space is however small and not user friendly to the disabled.
