Excellent service

They are more interested in your money than in solving your problems.

Awful experience - I was on legal aid and also guilty so they did the barest minimum. My 'solicitor' did almost no prep, nothing for 'mitigating circumstances'. Despite zero experience I actually had to prepare a defence myself. Complaint to them got me nowhere and no other firm would take me on half way through as no money in it. Soul destroying.
