Don’t use them for conveyancing as they don’t bother to respond and will delayed the transaction even the developer served default notice and penalty charges already. The handler contact number never get through and they just don’t bother ! Be aware

Very nice and comfortable office. Well organised. Reception at every floor with very helpfull staff. Sandwiches at lunch break are pretty good. Lavazza coffee machines available in the meeting rooms and break out areas.

Used the meeting venue for an event, good location with nearby tube stations. There is a Art collection in the building with some interesting art works. Catering was good, with a nice selection of food. Good views over the city from the terrace on the 8th floor.

One of the worse company in the City when it comes to light pollution at night, leaving the building well lit all night long during weekend, bank holiday and lockdown. Their environmental policy to reduce their environmental footprint is just a few words on their corporate website. NO ACTION despite multiple complaints from neighbours
