Eduard was amazing. He was very professional and yet made me feel at ease in an extremely difficult situation and discussing personal circumstances. He was confident in assessing the case, prior to hearing, and has stayed in contact frequently, throughout my hearings, so I am assured of a good service going forward. I was referred to Dillex after my husband was arrested for crimes relating to domestic violence, I was told that I qualify for legal aid. Dillex were helpful at first but after applying to Legal Aid I was told that because I have a job I would have to pay hundreds of pounds indefinitely. I declined and I thought that was the end of it, I did not use Dillex after that. However 3 years later I get a bill today from Legal Aid telling me I owe £800 for revoked services. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted. Dillex did not tell me at any point that if I declined legal aid, I would be liable for solicitor fees. I am horrified and traumatised by the entire court system, legal aid, solicitors, cafcass, they are not interested in protected women or children they just want to make cash from us.

They provide quite tricky services. In the beginning, they tell you one price for the service just encourage you to pay than pull more and more and lie the previous agreement wasn't discussed and what a solicitor MUST do the following the agreement with a client they try to charge you extra. Hiding, unclear information at the beginning provided.
