Zubier Yazdani has handled my grandfather's case brilliantly. He showed commitment, integrity, tenacity and compassion every step of the way. The claim was for disability discrimination against British Gas who tried to forcibly put my grandfather onto a prepayment metre, despite being informed of his dementia and the unsuitability of a prepayment metre. They initially denied all responsibilty for their actions which caused further stress and inconvenience to my grandfather.
