I had a very frustrating experience with this firm and would not recommend their services. Throughout my case, there were repeated inaccuracies in the information I was given, which made an already stressful situation even worse. It often felt like there was a lack of attention to detail and overall competence in handling my matter.Communication was also extremely poor. Emails went unanswered for long periods, and phone calls were rarely returned, leaving me constantly chasing for updates. When I did receive responses, they were sometimes unclear or contained incorrect information, which only added to the confusion. On top of this, I found their fees to be inflated and not reflective of the level of service provided. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and reliability. Overall, I was left feeling let down and frustrated by the lack of accuracy, poor communication, and high costs. I would strongly suggest others consider alternative firms.
