How belittling and unprofessional can someone be? My experience with Danielle Cohen was extremely disappointing. The way I was spoken to and treated felt dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in professionalism.

I genuinely struggle to understand the positive reviews, as my personal experience was the complete opposite. A professional working with vulnerable clients, particularly immigrants who may already be under significant stress, should show patience, respect, and understanding. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was reflected in my interactions.

In my opinion, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a so-called professional. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before seeking assistance.
