Was told they covered all areas of civil law including family law. Was extremely disappointed. He knew absolutely nothing of Children's Act 1989 matters. Didn't know the difference between a nurse making a social services referral in her job, and a random person making a referral. I felt i could have received better advice from a lay person on the street. Realised it was a total waste of £300.
