I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Chesham & Co (Mr Shulman) and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating encounters I've had with a professional service provider. Their actions throughout my case were unprofessional, negligent, and ultimately forced me to switch solicitors and start the entire process from scratch.

First and foremost, the lack of communication from Chesham & Co (Mr Shulman) was appalling. They consistently responded to my emails late, if at all, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and anxiety regarding the progress of my case. It felt as though I was constantly chasing them for updates, only to receive delayed and half-hearted responses that did little to address my concerns.

Even worse, they seemed to have a deliberate strategy of ignoring my phone calls. It was beyond frustrating to have my calls intentionally disregarded, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. It is completely unprofessional for a solicitor firm to exhibit such a blatant lack of respect for their clients' time and needs.

Furthermore, when Chesham & Co (Mr Shulman) did decide to respond, their actions were rushed and haphazard. They would suddenly demand urgent payments without providing sufficient explanations or justifications. It was evident that they were more interested in their own financial gain than in providing me with the necessary legal support and guidance I expected. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for professionalism and ethics.

Perhaps the most egregious failure of Chesham & Co (Mr Shulman) was their inability to handle official court letters. I was shocked to discover that they had failed to respond to crucial correspondences, which had severe consequences for my case. Their negligence not only delayed the proceedings but also undermined my chances of a favorable outcome. It is inexcusable for a solicitor firm to overlook such vital responsibilities.

The accumulation of these numerous shortcomings ultimately forced me to seek alternative legal representation, resulting in a significant setback as I had to start my case from scratch. In conclusion, my experience with Chesham & Co (Mr Shulman) was nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, intentional disregard for client needs, failure to respond to court letters, and ultimately, their incompetence led to severe setbacks in my case. Guys avoid firm,

The solicitor takes your money, then uses abuses tactics to avoid contacting you. He does silent treatment.

He also lies in this his statements yo the legal ombudsman.

I would refrain from using this firm, the solicitor Erol Shulman, takes your money, does silent treatment, (abuse tactic) and then doesn't give your money back...

Also does not provide a breakdown of cost, avoid avoid, avoid.

I would not use this firm.

The solicitor gets easily offended, and when he does he does silent treatment (abuse tactic) on you and ignores your emails, and then discards you.

He supposedly represents the Jewish community, which I found shocking as Jewish people don't normally behave this low or have poor morals.

Also avoid colindale law there alliance partners they also have similar morals.

Find alternative firms.

Please STAY AWAY, a very dodgy company,
Eroll Shulmann, the solicitor that deal with my case, he took my money and then ignored all my calls and emails.
they take money and do nothing.
I would not recommend this law firm PLEASE STAY AWAY.
