This firm took on my family law matter over 4 months ago. They told me they would take on my case and was in agreement for my legal aid certificate to be transferred to them . Once I gave notice to my previous solicitor to end all representation, they then told me they don't think they can take on my case any longer. They then decided they could after I requested to make a complaint .

Over the past 5 months since representing me , they have not even made a application to the court during this period. I had to provide a self - made statement , prior to them drafting a statement to submit to court , and even then they was putting incorrect information in their version of the draft statement and then adding and removing things without my consent . They have also moaned and been manipulative towards me over the statement " claiming the court might not accept my statement - If I was to provide certain evidence, and even blaming me for their own faults made within this conduct and statement . This delay within the application and statement has caused my daughter further harm and both myself and my daughter further distress. I have all evidence saved and in emails . They have now refused to take on my case any longer, due to myself questioning their conduct and asking for ammendments to be made where nessacery. They have also refused to put certain information in my statement of which is vital to my case . They have also failed to make a application for a non molestation order against my ex partner in the recent weeks - at the suggestion of Essex police - leaving me in a vunrable situation.

I find this behaviour highly questionable and against my human rights . I am happy to share this evidence with whoever wishes to see it . Instagram - Mrsessexmodel .
