Our experience with this firm during the purchase of our property was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, there were repeated errors and a lack of attention to detail.

Documents, forms, and contracts contained numerous mistakes, including misspellings of our names and property address. Despite requesting corrections, some errors remained unresolved.

The firm also submitted the wrong form to the Land Registry and included incorrect information in the title application. It ultimately took FOUR separate applications before the details were finally recorded correctly.

When we raised our concerns with the managing partner, the response was dismissive and failed to address the seriousness of the issues.

The level of service fell well below what we would expect from a law firm. Due to the firm’s handling of our matter, we have had to escalate our complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. If it were possible to give zero stars, we would.
