I feel obliged to warn others about this firm. Short version: they will take your instruction and then never respond to you again.
Detail: I instructed Ashbournes to draft my will in October 2023. They kept delaying the consultation until I eventually got to speak to someone in March 2024. Since then they have simply ignored every call and email. 10 months on I have had to conclude that Ashbournes has simply decided to not to bother and I have to start again elsewhere.

Absolutely useless and Incompetent on every level. Not able to get hold of her, not answering emails from myself or seller's solicitor and ultimately caused the sale to fall through. Dragging feet for months on end costing my time and money. Was recommended by agent. Avoid at all costs.
