Absolute nightmare experience. A. Vincent Solicitors completed my property completion nearly 6 months ago, but they have completely failed to submit my AP1 application to HM Land Registry. My case file has been totally abandoned.
The staff are completely non-responsive. There are 6 people in the communication group, and not a single person has replied for days. Even the sole Director and COLP/COFA, Mr. Ogugua Aniere Ebuzoeme, remains entirely unreachable and ignores formal correspondence.
A formal Stage 1 Complaint has been officially served to their statutory address, and a serious misconduct report has been logged with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA ID: 8013135).
