I had a chat with the owner of the business to sort my debt out as I was promised to be written off still waiting for my call no response it feel they took my 7000£ and ran no calls nothing making me feel depressed and sad. Worse company ever will be paying them a visit soon.

Update now after paying £7000 I still have a creditor contacting me and telling me they don’t have a clue about unenforceable this company is a joke your paying them to go in more loss in money and more debt selling you a dream I’ve had a very bad experience with the company which has took me through so much pain and depression

I approached this firm when my credit rating was around 850, expecting professional help to resolve debt issues. After using their services, my credit rating dropped to around 100, I lost access to multiple credit facilities, and my financial situation became far worse than when I first contacted them.

Instead of helping resolve my debts, the process left me in severe financial difficulty and I ultimately lost my car. The service did not deliver the support I believed I was signing up for and the outcome has had serious financial consequences.

When I raised a complaint about what had happened, I was simply told they had “done their job.” Given the impact this has had on my finances and credit record, I found that response extremely dismissive.

I have now spoken with Citizens Advice and begun legal proceedings to recover my losses. The matter has been passed to legal advisers and is progressing through the appropriate channels.

This experience has been extremely distressing and I would urge anyone considering this firm to fully understand the consequences and seek independent financial advice before signing anything.

Your response states that no client exists under this name and therefore suggests my review is fraudulent. That assertion is incorrect and appears to be based on an incomplete search of your own records.

The experience described in my review is genuine and relates directly to my dealings with your firm. Suggesting the review is fraudulent without properly verifying your records only further demonstrates the inadequacy of the firm’s response and handling of the matter.

Bad company. Don’t fall for it they scammer. After 5 months with them I find out they are scammers and they only waste ur time and money but no debt solution provided. So please be aware that this company is scamming people.

The team at Prowse Phillips are AMAZING! Nothing is too much trouble, they keep you in the loop and explain everything. I don't think they realise how much they have helped and the weight that has been lifted now they're on my side. Thank you so so much xx
