This guy "John Brown" will say lots of "definites" about the law and then refuses to give his sources... despite the things he says being in direct conflict with what others lawyers say about the law.

clearly doesn't know the law, nor cares about justifying his words.

Not someone you will want to defend you if he cannot cite his sources.
