Having previously contacted 7 solicitors asking for help ( and being told a definite no by them all) with several leases that were now owned by the Crown due to a dubious previous owner , Linda Ball at Adcocks said ‘yes’ to my request and was willing to provide some much needed help
It has taken 2 years to reach the point of where we are buying back the leases from the Crown and new 999 year leases are being issued but we got there all due to Linda’s hard work and dedication. I would have unsaleable properties without her help and will be forever grateful for her professionalism, her legal knowledge and dedication to helping solve the terrible situation I found myself in
