Honestly, guys, a motorcycle accident is not easy, whether it's a minor accident or a serious one. I approached this firm after 2 years and 9 months with the solicitor provided by my own insurance, and Gavin made the decision to take on my RTA claim. My previous solicitor was not working in my best interests, and I had a hunch this was the case—which Gavin Grewal confirmed when he received my file.

Gavin took on my case and got to work immediately (there were only 60 days left before proceedings needed to be issued). Although it did take several months to finalise—as is often the case with legal matters—Gavin explained everything very clearly to me from the start and throughout the entire process. He would even call me outside of office hours to accommodate me.

Given the situation when Gavin received my file, things did not look optimistic. He uncovered several inconsistencies with my previous case handlers (I had five in total), and it was discovered that I had not been notified of not one, but two settlement offers. As a result, I had to accept an offer out of time, which meant that, by law, I became liable for costs and ultimately received less than I otherwise would have.

It's best I tell my story. September 2022 I was involved in a massive motorcycle accident. life changing to be honest. The driver of the car had a dash cam which proved beyond any doubt that i was blameless in the collision.
