I cannot rate this company enough. I used Emily Hale for my conveyancing and found her professional and efficient from the outset. Always responded quickly to any enquiries, and went through everything with me in a clear and concise manner. All aspects were covered and I felt confident that my interests were secured at all times. Emily really did take the stress out of moving.
This is my 3rd move so I have used other companies prior to this, however I will be using Bates in the future.

This company is an absolute disgrace, they are unable to do the work they are instructed, (and paid) to do, they are unable to reply to their clients once they have the money, they even don't respond to a subject access request under the data protection act. The arrogance of this outfit is unbelievable. I urge any one to find an alternative to these charlatans.
