I had an extremely poor experience with this firm and would strongly urge others to think carefully before engaging their services. Communication was consistently inadequate, with repeated assurances that were simply not followed through, and the overall handling of my matter felt disorganised and unprofessional.

In my experience, the receptionist, Emily, provided information that later proved to be incorrect and repeatedly stated that work was progressing when there was little to no visible evidence of this. When I raised concerns, the responses came across as dismissive and, at times, unprofessional, which is not acceptable in a client-facing role.

The partner, Sajid, was effectively unreachable despite multiple assurances that he would make contact. These promises were not honoured, which gave the impression of a lack of accountability and oversight at a senior level.

Overall, the service I received showed a clear lack of transparency, consistency, and professionalism. There were prolonged periods where little, if any, progress appeared to be made, which was both frustrating and concerning. Based on my experience, the standard of service fell significantly below what I would expect from a professional firm.

Mike was AMAZING! Great knowledge leading to excellent advice. He even stopped afterwards in order to advise on a future case and essential build up to it. Absolutely on the ball. Highly recommend.

I was assisted by Sajid Munir, he was very professional IMO and a guy who grasped what was going on, but certainly was on my team! I don't wish to delve into my own details but I am keeping his card/number going forward. Please remember to keep your thoughts calmly in check as your solicitor cannot represent you if you foolishly admit any form of guilt to them. Sajid is a great guy, ignore my advice at your own peril..He has your interests at heart because I believe he see's the corruption going on. Stay quiet and chillax for a few hours in the cell before talking to the police under caution or you will suffer under Two-Tier!

Amazing solicitors. Dealt with Sajid and Mike and could not fault either of them. They were both so warm, friendly and non judgemental and put me at ease from the very beginning. Mike primarily dealt with my case and was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had without ever making me feel uncomfortable. He explained the process from start to finish always giving me the options available without pressuring me for one minute. I hope I am never in a position to need a solicitor again but if I was I would not hesitate to use this company. I would 100% without a doubt recommend them to anybody. ☆☆☆☆☆
