We had a case that was initially handled by Tina, who decided to close it after watching only a small portion of the dashcam footage, stating that we had already lost and did not want to proceed further. However, we challenged this decision, and the case was then taken over by Tilly Suckling. Thanks to Tilly’s efforts, the case was progressed properly. We really appreciate her support and professionalism.

My claim was submitted April 2024 it’s been nearly 2 years and there’s still no progress at all. My emails and messages in the portal never get a response from my case handler shazia rana. probably the worst firm iv ever had to deal with, honestly it’s better than going private

No interest in claiming back my excess for an accident that wasn’t my fault, stating that because the damage didn’t start where the dent was, so therefore deem it to have already been there… how ridiculous. Avoid this company they’re not interested in helping you. They also probably work for the other insurance company. Very untrustworthy.

I’ve had a claim open for over three years now nearly 4 my claim handler Never replies to any of my emails leave me on hold for 45 minutes until the call ends do not help at all and avoid these all costs. They are holding onto claims that they can into liquidation and take everyone’s money. Everyone be aware they are absolute scammers. They are holding so many people’s money.

Other party admitted liability nearly four years ago. The lady dealing with case doesn’t remember my case half the time. Never gets back to me. When she does she’s rude and talking about a case that is clearly not mine. I signed paperwork to allow to go ahead and claim don’t know if she’s recorded it. She told me year before she had submitted it to court through email and then called me to say when I was chasing after about 4 months that wasn’t true she didn’t and that she was waiting for me to receive treatment?? lol it’s a shambles!! My payout is pretty hefty due to being pregnant and what consequences occurred getting hit at over 60mph whilst I was stationary. Kinda thinking they have it and are just keeping it for themselves. I’m exploring legal action against them through my car insurance who are aware of everything
